Topic/Theme: Healthy vs Toxic Boundaries

Description: Description: Boundaries are essential for healthy relationships—but how do you know when they’re supportive versus when they’ve crossed into toxic territory? Healthy vs. Toxic Boundaries is a guided conversation and skills-building session designed for individuals ages 18–26. Together, we’ll unpack what healthy boundaries look like in relationships, friendships, family, school, and work, and explore how toxic boundaries can show up and affect our well-being. You’ll learn practical tools for setting limits, protecting your energy, and communicating your needs with confidence. Join us to strengthen your self-awareness and build relationships that uplift you instead of drain you.

Program Description:
Introducing the Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Group, a supportive community designed for individuals aged 18-26 who are seeking both social connections and essential life skills. We recognize the unique challenges faced by young adults as they navigate early adulthood, from building friendships to developing professional and practical skills. Our twice-monthly gatherings alternate between social/support sessions—perfect for connecting with peers—and educational workshops covering topics like resume building, tax filing, loan applications, and more. Whether you’re fresh out of high school, in college, or simply in need of extra support with life skills, this group offers a welcoming space to grow, learn, and build lasting connections. Join us in navigating adulthood together!
