Description: Transitioning to college and early adulthood can feel overwhelming—but it’s also an exciting opportunity for growth. Thriving in College & Beyond is an interactive workshop designed to equip young adults with practical strategies for academic success, personal development, and life skills. Participants will explore time management, study tips, stress reduction techniques, and ways to build meaningful connections on campus and in the community. Whether you’re preparing for your first semester, navigating your current classes, or planning for life after graduation, this session provides tools and insights to help you not just survive, but truly thrive in college and beyond.
Program description: In My Adulting Era is a Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program serving individuals ages 17–26 as they navigate early adulthood. Sessions alternate between social/support spaces and skill-building workshops covering topics such as resume development, tax filing, healthy boundaries, and nightlife safety through the Night Owl Initiative. The program emphasizes confidence, independence, and community support.
Meeting Frequency & Time: 2nd Friday 4:00pm-5:30pm & 4th Friday 5:30pm-7:00pm
